Harry Maugans is the Founder and CEO of Privacy Bee, the Atlanta-based external data privacy platform and the only data removal service PCMag rates a perfect 5.0, and CEO of Undisclosed.com. He started his first company at fourteen and has founded and sold several since, most recently Clickagy, the AI buyer-intent data company acquired by ZoomInfo (Nasdaq: GTM) in October 2020, where he then served as Vice President of Product Management. He is a frequent national commentator on data brokers, surveillance and privacy law, an inventor on seventeen U.S. patent filings, and the author of the forthcoming Dawn of Data.

Harry Maugans is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Privacy Bee, the external data privacy platform headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and Chief Executive Officer of Undisclosed.com, a digital executive protection company. He has funded both himself. He started his first company at fourteen, a web development and IT firm that grew to a staff of more than twenty and counted CompUSA, Travelocity, Chevron-Texaco and Marathon Petroleum among its clients, and has founded and sold several companies since. LA Weekly named him first on its 2023 list of entrepreneurs to watch. Before Privacy Bee he founded and led Clickagy, an AI-powered buyer-intent data company. Announcing its acquisition, ZoomInfo described Clickagy's database as gathering intent data from over 300,000 publisher domains, with 6 trillion-plus new keyword-to-device pairings each month, sourced from over 91 percent of accessible devices in the United States. ZoomInfo (Nasdaq: GTM) acquired Clickagy in October 2020 and launched its real-time engine as Streaming Intent; Clickagy LLC remains a ZoomInfo subsidiary. Maugans served as Vice President of Product Management, led product for the intent business, built out the company's marketing function and did a run of investor-relations work. ZoomInfo reached the highest valuation in its history during his time there. Privacy Bee started because he went hunting for a service to protect his own privacy and could not find one doing it right. Under his leadership it became the only data removal service PCMag rates a perfect 5.0 and won Gold for Best Cybersecurity Strategy at the 2025 Cybersecurity Excellence Awards. He is an inventor on seventeen U.S. patent filings across eight inventions, has advised heads of state on election security and data protection, and in 2024 worked with a lobbying firm to get a data privacy bill introduced in the Georgia State Senate. His earlier writing is cited in academic books on quantum physics. His first book, Dawn of Data, is forthcoming. He appears regularly across CNN, FOX News, and NBC and CBS affiliates nationwide, and lives on a family farm outside Atlanta with his wife and two daughters.
